Tribeca Oven bakes delicious, wholesome artisan breads using the highest quality, pure, simple ingredients.

Fresh-baked or frozen... you choose!

Tribeca bread comes to us par-baked. This means it's partially baked and then rapidly frozen to lock in the fresh-baked quality. To finish baking it we just throw it in the oven for about 10 minutes, but you could do it yourself! Just ask for a frozen loaf or two at the front counter and we'll bring it out.
